Soft Washing

So-Clean is proud to offer soft washing to our customers. One of the most common tools that a professional exterior cleaner will use is soft washing.

Soft washing uses low pressure (safe even to spray your hand with) to apply a chemical that kills organic growth preventing the return of algae, moss and mold. This is the only method from which a roof can be cleaned without damage or voiding the manufacturers warranty.

Soft washing is basically a high-volume chemical sprayer it isn’t as effective at removing paint, grease, debris or cleaning glass but not to worry So-Clean isn’t married to any one method of cleaning! When it comes to hard surfaces and greasy situations we have pressure washing equipment and hot water machines. As far as glass, we have purification systems and squeegees for that!
